Price Guide      

Our price guide is based on a round trip of 70 miles and a playing time of four hours finishing by midnight, with charges for additional playing times detailed below. They have been designed to be flexible and can be mixed and matched to suit your requirements. Unless you require us to play for more than four hours,there are NO extra costs, the DJ, Staff, equipment hire, PLI and Transport costs are all included in the price. Note: this price guide does not include Premium nights such as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing day or New Years Eve etc.

Show 1 - £300

This is our basic show which caters for up to 100/120 guests. Although it was initially designed for pubs and small venues, we have modified it accommodate those on a very limited budget. It consists of a basic sound and lighting systems and is presented in a radio or party style manor with the DJ playing requests throughout the evening.


Show 2 - £400

This is our most popular show which caters for up to 250 guests. It comes with an adequate sound system and truss mounted lighting that spans the staging area. The show is presented in a party style with the DJ playing requests throughout the evening.


Show 3 - £750

This show caters for up to approximately 500 guests. It comes with an adequate sound system, truss mounted lighting system spanning the staging area, with a selection of various types of lighting to suit the venue. The show is presented in a party style with the DJ also playing requests throughout the evening, however due to the larger numbers attending these may have to be limited.

The above prices are based on a four hour show prior to midnight. If you require ON STAGE to play for longer than four hours, the following rates per hour, or part thereof apply:

  Transport costs - Show 1 & 2 will be 30p per mile over a 70 mile round trip. All other sized shows, the transport costs will be detailed in the contract.
  Contracts - Bookings are only accepted with a signed and returned contract agreed by all parties, along with the required deposit.
  Health & Safety - All OnStage DJ's conform to the Health & Safety Executive's guidelines
  Public Liability Insurance - OnStage has 10M of PLI cover. All DJs who work with us have PLI cover, but at varying levels.
  PAT Test - All equipment and cabling is regularly P.A.T. Tested and documented.
